Due to their special material properties, carbon shafts require a fundamentally different handling compared to conventional wooden shafts. Please note, therefore, that for service work on carbon shafts (e.g., tip or ferrule replacement), a surcharge of €5.00 will be applied compared to the standard prices for wooden shafts due to the increased time required and the necessary specialized treatment. Thank you for your understanding – this ensures that your equipment maintains its accustomed performance even after maintenance.

We can fit your shaft with a new leather tip, replace the ferrule, or refurbish it. Standard masking tape is easy to write on and can be removed without leaving a residue. Note: We return your cue via DPD, UPS, or DHL. If you have granted any of these carriers "authorization to leave the package" (permission to drop off the parcel without a signature), please be aware that doing so effectively voids insurance coverage for the package should it go missing or sustain damage after the driver has marked it as "delivered."
