Through various sanding processes, a variety of nicks and damages are smoothed out (to the extent possible!), and the shaft's gliding properties are significantly improved once again. The existing tip was still in good condition and is not to be replaced!
Is it a carbon shaft? Please book the "Carbon Handling" service separately!

If you wish to send multiple shafts, we recommend marking them beforehand. Simple masking tape is easy to write on and can be removed without leaving any residue.
Note: We will return your cue via DPD, UPS, or DHL. If you have granted a "delivery release" (permission to leave packages unattended) to any of these carriers, we wish to point out—as a precautionary measure—that doing so effectively voids the insurance coverage for this package should it go missing or be damaged after the driver has marked it as "delivered."

Due to their special material properties, carbon shafts require a fundamentally different handling compared to conventional wooden shafts. Please note, therefore, that for service work on carbon shafts (e.g., tip or ferrule replacement), a surcharge of €5.00 will be applied compared to the standard prices for wooden shafts due to the increased time required and the necessary specialized treatment. Thank you for your understanding – this ensures that your equipment maintains its accustomed performance even after maintenance.
We can fit your shaft with a new leather tip, replace the ferrule, or refurbish it.
