The "butt" refers to the rear section of a cue (located just before the bumper/rubber cap). The damaged butt section will be replaced and polished (not varnished).

If you wish to send multiple shafts, we recommend marking them beforehand. Simple masking tape is easy to write on and can be removed without leaving any residue.

Note: We will return your cue via DPD, UPS, or DHL. If you have granted a "delivery release" (permission to leave packages unattended) to any of these carriers, we wish to point out—as a precautionary measure—that doing so effectively voids the insurance coverage for this package should it go missing or be damaged after the driver has marked it as "delivered." We strongly recommend against granting such delivery releases, or that you revoke them if you have already done so!
