If you wish to send multiple shafts, we recommend marking them beforehand. Standard masking tape is easy to write on and can be removed without leaving a residue. Note:
We return your cue via DPD, UPS, or DHL. If you have granted any of these carriers "authorization to leave the package" (permission to drop off the parcel without a signature), please be aware that doing so effectively voids insurance coverage for the package should it go missing or sustain damage after the driver has marked it as "delivered." We strongly recommend against granting—or advise revoking—such authorization!

Due to their special material properties, carbon shafts require a fundamentally different handling compared to conventional wooden shafts. Please note, therefore, that for service work on carbon shafts (e.g., tip or ferrule replacement), a surcharge of €5.00 will be applied compared to the standard prices for wooden shafts due to the increased time required and the necessary specialized treatment.
