If you wish to send multiple shafts, we recommend marking them beforehand. Simple masking tape is easy to write on and can be removed without leaving any residue.
Thick rubber grip wraps (as shown in the image marked with a red X) cannot be replaced with Irish Linen. Manufacturers include, for example, Lucasi, Predator, etc. Switching from a leather grip to an Irish Linen wrap? In principle, this is not a problem; however, leather grips are usually thicker than the linen wrap, meaning the wrap would not sit flush with the rest of the cue after installation. The grip area must therefore be built up (padded) to compensate. This incurs additional costs, to be determined on an individual basis. Please send in your cue; we will contact you to discuss the details after we have inspected it.
Note: We ship your cue back via DPD, UPS, or DHL. If you have granted a "delivery release" (permission to leave packages unattended) to any of these carriers, we wish to point out—as a precautionary measure—that doing so effectively voids the insurance coverage for this package should it go missing or be damaged after the driver has marked it as "delivered." We strongly recommend against granting such delivery releases, or that you revoke them if you have already done so!
