In our store from a purchase price of EUR 25,- (EUR 50,- at items with 7 % V.A.T., for example books) customers from Non-EU (USA, Switzerland, Japan, Russia ...) - are able to shop "Tax Free". After your purchase you will get a Tax Free Cheque, show this Cheque, your new items and your passport to the custom service, when leaving the EU and you will get back the V.A.T. (value added tax) less a small fee at one of the numerous Global Refund Offices (at airports, railway stations, EU external borders or in your home country.
