Shipping:
In Germany and the EU we generally ship the packages by DPD.
Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, USA) we ship by DPD or DHL (German Post).
DPD-shipments are covered by insurance up to a merchandise value of EUR 520,- (net, without tax).
Added value up to EUR 5.000,- on request and by arrangement (see below).
Smaller goods, like tips, books etc. (up to max. 500 g) are (if possible by size) shipped by letter/post at a lower-cost!
Pool tables and kicker tables are sent by dispatcher or our own truck.
Shipping costs inside Germany up to 20 kg:
The shipping costs are automatically calculated by clicking the required shipping form, considering the overall weight of your order.
Basic rate: EUR 7,- (up to 20 kg), EUR 20,- (20.1 to 31.5 kg).
Small goods (tips, glue, etc.) up to max. 500 g are sent in a padded envelope for EUR 2,- (if possible by size).
Excepted here of are pool tables and soccertables, which have to be moved by a forwarding company. The shipping costs for these products are selectable in the online item itself.
Cash on delivery (only in Germany, Benelux and Austria):
With cash on delivery (invoice total is purchased by deliverer) an extra charge of EUR 10,- (Germany) or EUR 15,- (Benelux, Austria) is accumulated. Max. EUR 2.500,- can be submitted, cash only, no cheques!
Shipping costs Europe and worldwide:
We ship our products to almost all countries in the world. Our shipping module considers your habitation (also abroad), when you order. Please ask for shipping costs by mail, if they are not listed for your country.
