Open hours & communication
Officially we are open Monday to Friday 9.00 to 18.00 h, Saturday 9.30 to 13.00 h. Usually you can get us on the phone from 8.00 h, and why not trying after 18 h! Monday to Friday e-mail requests and internet orders are processed a few times a day.
The noise of our machinery might drown the telephone sound, after about 60 seconds an answering machine will atted (no signal, please speek directly). Please leave us a message and a number, we will call you back as soon as possible.
Extensive cue works (more cues from plenty players) should be announced on the phone, it might take one or two hours.
Shorten your time in Frankenthal city: a shopping mall, only 300 m away offers a bank, post agency, pharmacy, a beverage- and a supermarket and McDonalds. Frankenthal has a nice city center, with a star-shaped pedestrian zone. If you want to talk to cuemaker Marcus Dienst personally, please call safely a day before.
